Can I choose my mentor?

Yes — after purchase, you can browse all active mentors and book any available slot with the mentor of your choice.

Do sessions expire?

Yes, sessions must be used within the validity period of your package (60–180 days depending on plan). Unused sessions lapse after expiry.

Can I reschedule a booked session?

Yes — you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge.

Are the sessions online or in-person?

Both! You can choose online video sessions or in-person depending on your mentor's availability and location.

How do I pay?

After selecting a package, our team will share a secure payment link via WhatsApp or email. We accept UPI, cards, and net banking.

Can I get a refund?

Unused sessions can be refunded within 15 days of purchase. Contact hello@mindsarthi.com.
